YOU are invited to the official opening of Billington’s Deli & Ice Cream, 114 Kirkintilloch Road (just next to the train station) Glasgow G66 4LQ at 11:00am on Saturday 10th November when broadcaster and writer Sally Magnusson officially opens Lenzie’s first artisan food and drink outlet with a signing session of her new book ‘Horace and the Haggis Hunter’.
Mark and Sue Billington’s brand new delicatessen specialises in artisan and locally-sourced products with an extensive deli counter featuring homemade meats and a selection of quality products sourced from all over the world.
The centrepiece of the new outlet is Billington’s Ice Cream, hand-mixed on a cold marble slab, where customers can choose their favourite added ingredients, from fresh berries to home-made tablet.
Sally Magnusson and Mark and Sue Billington will be available for photographs and interview on the day.
