Media Release: Capital epilepsy charity hits the right note

LOVERS of Christmas carols and fine music are in for a treat on Friday 7 December as top class singers and orchestral players perform at Epilepsy Scotland’s gala evening concert in Greyfriars Tolbooth and Highland Kirk, Edinburgh EH1 2QQ.

This festive musical celebration, in aid of 54,000 Scots with epilepsy, features star-studded artists, including mezzo-soprano Jennifer McEwan, tenor Adam Magee, baritone Ivor Klayman, soprano Simone Sahyouni along with the Orchestra and Chorus of the Canongait with their conductor Robert Dick.

The delightful event of light opera and traditional carols is hosted by BBC Radio Scotland’s broadcaster Jamie MacDougall.
