THE Avenue Shopping Centre in Newton Mearns is offering book lovers a chance to get Jiggy with the Herald Diary at a couple of book signing sessions at Waterstones.
The Ashoka Cook School comes to the Avenue on Friday 7th December from 2:30pm till 5:00pm when author and chef Jiggy Majhu will be signing her new book ‘Simply Jiggy’ while shoppers are invited to taste samples of food cooked by the renowned Ashoka chefs.
Then Ken Smith, the celebrated Herald diarist and Newton Mearns local boy made bad, will be at Waterstones on Saturday 8th December from 1:00pm till 2:00pm to sign copies of The Herald Diary 2012: Beyond Compare!
