The virtual staffing specialist BPO (business process outsourcing) company has relocated to a 1,240 sq ft office as it embarks on a recruitment drive that will see six new employees join its 12-strong team during 2013.
Chris Munro, director at KBVO, said: “The demand for outsourcing services has really started to gather pace this year, particularly amongst such business sectors as letting agencies and health clinics, where there is often never enough staff during busy periods to answer the phone and welcome clients.
“Our new premises will enable us to recruit more staff and improve our ability to service the requirements of an expanding client base.”
Established by husband and wife team, Chris and Alison Munro, a decade ago, KBVO’s key services include: telephone answering; order taking; diary management; reception services, virtual telephone numbers and a help desk service.
