SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has acquired 51 and 10 Melville Street, Edinburgh on behalf of EnergySpace Properties with a combined price in excess of £2m.

The A-listed properties are situated in one of Edinburgh’s prime business districts and provide office accommodation totalling 6,500 sq ft over four floors.
