Media Release: Shepherd sells detached offices and warehouse in Aberdeen to First Integrated Solutions

ACTING on behalf of a private client, Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has sold a substantial detached warehouse/office premises in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen to First Integrated Solutions for £2.52 million.

The accommodation on Broadfold Road, to the immediate north of Aberdeen city centre, comprises a considerable facility featuring office and warehouse accommodation, together with ancillary car parking for 40 vehicles to the front and a further warehouse and yard to the rear.

In addition to the 24,600 sq ft main building, there is a 6800 sq ft warehouse and a 1200 sq m yard to the rear of the site.

James Morrison, surveyor at Shepherd’s Aberdeen office, said: “This substantial accommodation, situated within such a well-established industrial location, provides First Integrated Solutions with high quality premises from which to further develop its expansion.

“The conclusion of this deal, within only a few months of the property coming to the market, provides further welcome evidence of buoyant demand for quality industrial accommodation within Aberdeen.”

First Integrated Solutions supplies lifting and inspection, lifeboats and marine, plant and tooling, winches and deck machinery, crane maintenance and management and hydraulics services to the oil and gas and energy sectors.

Stewart Groves, group operations director at First Integrated Solutions, said: “We are delighted to have secured these new additional and significant freehold premises which will provide the necessary space to continue our exciting expansion plans.

“Our existing works on Silverburn Crescent will remain but we will be moving all offices and workshops into the new site at the end of February.”
