SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has secured the former Luckenbooth shop at 215 High Street in Edinburgh for Kiltane Retail on a 25-year lease at £75,000 pa.

Kiltane Retail operates from a number of high quality premises in Edinburgh and this 905sq ft ground floor unit will complement these and operate as a premium provider of the finest Scottish clothing and accessories.

Links CPC, acting on behalf of the private landlord, received 12 offers at a closing date with all offers in excess of the guide rent of offers over £50,000pa.
