Ave Easter-free kids allmedia

THE Avenue Shopping Centre in Newton Mearns plays host to a range of free kids events this Easter as it continues to build on its award-winning reputation as Best Family-Friendly Shopping Centre.

An Easter craft workshop will be at the mall from Monday 7th through till Friday 11th April from 12pm till 4pm followed by the popular kids soft play bus from Monday 14th till Friday 18th April from 12pm till 4pm.

And an Easter egg hunt gives kids a chance to win a giant Easter egg from Aquarius/Thorntons.

Michelle McCabe, centre manager at The Avenue, said: “Images of Easter eggs will be hidden in six store windows across the shopping centre for the two weeks in the run up to Easter weekend.

“All you need to do to enter is pick up an entry form and fill in which store windows you’ve seen the eggs in and pop your entry form in the post box in the mall by 5pm on Sunday 20th April. All correct entries will go into a prize draw. Happy hunting!”

The Avenue Shopping Centre, managed by commercial property consultancy BTWShiells, offers shoppers a warm and welcoming shopping experience conveniently located on the outskirts of Glasgow city centre.
