NO sooner had Shepherd Chartered Surveyors opened the doors to its first-ever office in the heart of Glasgow’s West End than the local residential property market experienced a significant upturn in activity.

Located at 31 Byres Road, the main thoroughfare of the Glasgow’s West End, the office represents a clear expression of the firm’s well-founded confidence in the local market.
