Media Release: Cuckoo’s reignites nostalgic memories with the launch of their new, summer holiday range

Cupcakes at the beach

QUIRKY Edinburgh bakery, Cuckoo’s, have yet again sparked memories of nostalgic sun-filled summers on Portobello beach with the launch of their Summer Holiday Range – which includes lollies, ice creams and summer desserts that have been given the Cuckoos makeover and are sure to bring out the child in all of us.

Cuckoo’s founders, the fabulous best friends Graham and Vidya, turned their baking fantasy into a successful reality opening their New Town store in February 2011. Recently, Cuckoo’s Bakery won the award of ‘Best Cake in Scotland 2014′ for their Raspberry and White Chocolate cupcake.

Cuckoo’s Bakery is a cupcake shop with a difference and it comes to no surprise that Cosmopolitan magazine recognised this, describing them as a ‘cute little bakery’ with ‘inventive cupcakes’ and placed them in the list of ‘Top Ten Best Places for Tea and Cake in the UK’.
