A LEADING Aberdeen property company has announced a key appointment which will help drive future growth of a rapidly-growing division.
Russell Davidson has joined AM-PM Serviced Apartments to manage the company’s growing number of short-term lease properties.
He brings to the role a decade of experience in the hospitality sector, gained in a variety of positions in Aberdeen and Edinburgh.
AM-PM Serviced Apartments’ portfolio has grown from three to 26 properties in just 12 months.
The luxury properties are located in premier locations throughout Aberdeen, including 17 at Kepplestone just off the city’s Queens Road and further selections at nearby Rubislaw and Riverside Drive. Lets of between one week and six months are available.
AM-PM Serviced Apartments is part of AM-PM Leasing which was established by managing director, Duncan Kerr, in 2007.
The company currently employs seven people and operates from a prime location on Aberdeen’s Union Street.
