A NEW website has been launched – www.wikireferendum.com – which seeks to systematically sum up the issues in the Scottish independence referendum, with the arguments on each issue displayed, side-by-side.
Says the promoter, Robin Bennett: “The quality of debate has sometimes been obscured by an obsession with polls, personalities and non-issues.

“It will be a point of reference for anyone wondering whether to vote for or against the proposition that Scotland should be an independent country.
