Media Release: KSL Hair working with local hair salons/barber shops, as celebrity endorsement works wonders

SINCE January last year, KSL Hair has been coming up with ways to make the hair restoration industry more affordable to the public.

“‘Pay as you grow’ has been really successful for us and we hope it continues to grow from strength to strength, if you excuse the pun,” says KSL Hair’s Simon Lindsay.

“It’s enabled us to offer what might seem like unaffordable treatments to all, and make it fit into the budget of your everyday, hard-working individual.”

As KSL Hair embarks on opening a third location, Simon explained the secret to the company’s growth: “We put this down to offering the right services at the right price.

“Your strongest but also your weakest link is your staff as you become very reliant on each individual and hope they get your message across correctly to every customer.

“If you don’t listen to your customers, they will quickly look in another direction and forget about what you are trying to achieve.

“Teamwork is essential in this game and I believe I now have the best team in the industry to help KSL Hair continue this successful journey.

“Celebrity endorsement has also helped us immensely. People really started to pay attention to KSL Hair when Celtic FC’s Anthony Stokes and also Debbie Lawlor announced on twitter that they had been in to see us.

“Soon after, Anthony’s strike partner, Leigh Griffiths, got involved and KSL Hair went viral on twitter and now boasts a following of over 35,000 followers.

“Each day, we still continue to take enquiries from all over Scotland, 12 months on from this. We have been very fortunate to work with a lot of celebrities and sports personalities since we started but our main business comes from everyday hardworking people.

“KSL Hair now works with independent hair salons throughout Scotland helping them offer a full range of hair restoration services in there local towns. This helps us spread the net that bit further. We can’t expect to get the message to everyone by just using the media sometimes you have to go back to the old ‘way of word of mouth’.”
