Media Release: Project Pie dress up for Radio Tay’s Cash For Kids

DUNDEE artisan pizza restaurant, Project Pie, is offering a slice of superhero action this week as staff get suited and booted and dress up as their favourite caped crusaders for Radio Tay’s Cash for Kids Superhero Day this Friday.

As the principle sponsor for the campaign, the newly-opened eatery is hoping to raise lots of money for Superhero Day to help the charity raise funds to support disabled, disadvantaged and vulnerable children living in the Tayside area.

Opening in February, Project Pie has proved a tasty hit with pizza lovers around Dundee with their innovative customised pizzas already being enjoyed by thousands of customers and the team at the Reform Street premises are delighted to be able to give something back to the community through Superhero Day.

Chantal Nell, operations manager at Project Pie, commented: “We are extremely proud to be the main sponsor of this year’s Radio Tay Cash for Kids Superhero Day.

“The work Cash for Kids do in the Tayside area makes a huge difference to so many young people who really need the help and the whole team at Project Pie are looking forward to unleashing their inner Superhero and getting dressed up this Friday!

“I would like to encourage other local businesses to do the same – it’s for a fantastic cause.”
