Stewart Milne Homes has launched a new concierge service, making it easier for first time buyers to take their first steps on the property ladder. The innovative service, which builds on experience of 30 years helping first time buyers, offers a range of incentives which make buying easy and stress-free and include a collection of free furniture for each home.

Buyers who sign up to the concierge service will start out with a smile on their face, as the package includes Stewart Milne Group taking care of the deposit, as well as paying all legal and survey fees. On top of that they will benefit from a reduction on the reservation fee to just £90, refundable on settlement.  The innovative furniture pack includes those necessary essentials such as a sofa and bed - with a choice of: contemporary leather and chrome; traditional woods and fabric; or classical, dark woods and leather look - making it easier not just to buy a property, but also to make it a home.

Coupled with the concierge service, Stewart Milne Group is also offering access to advice to first time buyers on a range of issues including ways of making buying easier, such as joining up with a friend or family member to share the mortgage. For many, this is a way out of the rental trap and offers incentives such as shared legal and household bills. With a range of highly recommended experts on offer, Stewart Milne can also make it easier for buyers to choose their advisers – offering a one stop shop for new property purchasing.
