Aberdeen agency wins advertising accreditation

AN Aberdeen advertising agency is among a group of five to have been accepted ‘into membership’ by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising.

AVC Brand Advertising was elected at the latest quarterly meeting of the IPA council, and was joined by two agencies based in London, one in Brighton and another from the Isle of Man.

Founded in 1998, AVC Brand Advertising is described as ‘a full service agency’.

It employs eight members of staff and is chaired by Keith Main.

Spencer Buchan and Graeme Davidson are its directors and Sandy Sinclair is non-executive director.

Says Main: “AVC Brand Advertising is delighted to be able to join the IPA. This is an important accreditation for our agency to ensure that we continue to maintain the highest possible standards of professional practice within our business to meet the needs of our clients.”
