A FORMER head of marketing at Express Newspapers has teamed up with a former senior manager at parent company, Northern & Shell, to set up a public relations firm in Glasgow.

Fraser – also managing director of leading media marketing company, FSM Group, established two years ago in Glasgow – has worked in the wider media industry for over 14 years. Starting her career as PR and marketing manager for Men’s Fitness and Shape magazines, within five years she was promoted to group head of promotions at Northcliffe Newspapers. As well as having been head of marketing at Express Newspapers, she has been a freelance consultant for the Daily Mail marketing department.
Cutler, meanwhile, has worked in the PR industry for over ten years in Glasgow, Edinburgh and London, on UK and global campaigns including Starbucks, the Edinburgh International Jazz and Blues Festival, Glasgow Fort Shopping Park, Grenada Board of Tourism, Malta Tourism and Montpelier Group. She then became group head of PR for Northern & Shell, working across all of the Express newspaper titles, including OK! Magazine.
One of the pair’s first clients is the Peoples Open Golf Tournament, in association with The Daily Express.
