New PR Win for Holyrood Partnership

An Edinburgh-based PR agency has just secured a contract with a leading engineering firm.

Holyrood Partnership has been taken on by Reactec, which specialises in providing solutions to complex vibration problems faced by industry.

The agency is to provide a UK-wide campaign to promote Reactec’s HAVmeter product, described as “an easy-to-use device that monitors daily exposure to hand-arm vibration from hand-held power tools”.

The HAVmeter helps ensure machinery operators do not exceed the recommended levels stipulated by the Health & Safety Executive – t0 protect employees from developing debilitating conditions such as Vibration White Finger.

In a statement issued by Holyrood, director/co-founder, Raymond Notarangelo, is quoted, as saying: “HAVmeter is one of those products that is such a great concept and a superb example of Scottish invention – so we are looking forward to rolling out a programme of media activity to showcase it across business and specialist media.”

The Reactec win comes hard on the heels of another PR coup for Holyrood: to help promote a golf tournament in East Lothian, in June, that is expected to attract some 500 of the world's best young players – the U.S Kids Golf European Championship.
