Marketing agency targets ten new jobs in three years

A NEW marketing agency – seeking to provide a service to small and medium-sized businesses in the Highlands – has targeted new graduate jobs over the next three years.

Dingwall-based Muckle Media says it is “primarily aimed at small companies who can’t quite justify employing a full-time marketing or PR manager, but require external support in these areas”.

It has been founded by Nathalie Agnew, who has returned to the Highlands following several years working in London, for PR agencies Fleishman-Hillard and Porter Novelli. Her media campaigns experience includes working for brands such as British Airways, Hewlett Packard, Casio, Butlins and Snapfish.

Says a statement issued by Muckle Media: “The agency will operate a ‘pay as you go’ model, allowing companies to brief in small projects rather than commit to the big monthly retainer budgets larger agencies command. A free marketing audit is currently being offered to help businesses identify gaps in their current marketing plans.”

Added Agnew: “I’d like to create the feel of a London agency in the Highlands, and hope to recruit two more PR specialists this year, then add three staff each year as the business grows.”
