THE Dundee art college, the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, has emerged the winner of a competition recognising the best marketing initiatives in Scotland.
The college was winner of the Best Marketing Strategy prize at the Scottish Event Awards, held last night, in Glasgow.
The awards – organised by Carnyx, the publisher of The Drum media and marketing magazine – also saw Tricker PR named winner of the Best PR Strategy prize.
Duncan of Jordanstone won its title for its degree show this year. In the same category, Edinburgh’s Hogmanay was commended, as was Volpa’s campaign for the Perthside-based The Enchanted Forest.
Tricker’s PR Strategy prize was for its Deer oh Deer venison ice cream campaign.
