Taste Communications announces three new clients

A SCOTS PR company specialising in food and drink has announced it has picked up three new clients.

Taste Communications – which boasts former STV presenter, Stephen Jardine, among its founders – says it has won the media contract for the Scotland Food and Drink Excellence Awards and will be also looking after new Scots bread company, Pulsetta, plus the organic farm and restaurant near Peebles, Whitmuir.

Says a media release: “The latest move follows three wins in October when the company signed Ian Macleod Distillers, the North Highland Initiative and Michelin starred restaurant, 21212.”

Jardine is quoted, as saying: “This is a great way to celebrate the end of our first calendar year in business. From a standing start just 18 months ago we have built up a strong client base and, as the only specialist food and drink communications company in Scotland, we are now delivering real synergies between clients to everyone’s benefit.”

And the business has taken on former VisitScotland PR executive, Martha Bryce, as a consultant.
