TV broadcaster, stv, is to battle it out with retailer, ASDA, at a business awards competition later this year.
The station, along with the retailer, plus three others, has been shortlisted for the marketing strategy prize at this year’s National Business Awards. The three other finalists are the Glasgow Science Centre; brands management company, Chartered Brands; and Bigmouthmedia, which specialises in search engine optimisation, e-marketing and internet marketing.
Say the awards organisers: “The judges will look for innovation and a clearly expressed and articulated objective led campaign strategy leading to measurable and verifiable business results.”
Open to organisations of all sizes and from any industry sector – public or private, the programme allows the best businesses to showcase their achievements and benchmark their successes.
The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony in September.
