ABERDEENSHIRE Council has appointed a new head of corporate communications – Kate Bond, who has moved north from her previous post as corporate communications manager at Telford and Wrekin Council, in Shropshire.
Bond said: “The opportunity at Aberdeenshire Council is to build on the existing excellent work of the communications team, and to join a forward-looking authority which recognises the role that communications can play in the delivery of good local services.”
