MOVING image advertising – perhaps topping and tailing a video news report by a journalist – could soon be appearing on the website of The Scotsman newspaper.
It follows the setting up of a ‘digital think tank’ within the advertising sales team at Scotsman Publications, with the aim of providing clients advertising options beyond simple banners and buttons.
Says The Scotsman: “Consisting of eight staff from across the company’s sales teams, each member will become digital and online experts with the aim of providing current and potential clients with the information to exploit all advertising options available to them on Scotsman.com.
“The group will also provide a focal point for developing new online revenue opportunities and sharing digital best practice.”
