Never been a better time for self-regulation, claims PCC chair

Last night, at the Signet Library, in Edinburgh, Sir Christoper Meyer – chair of the Press Complaints Commission – welcomed colleagues from Europe and beyond.

He was speaking at a dinner hosted by Scotsman publishers, Johnston Press, for delegates attending the ninth annual conference of the Alliance of Independent Press Councils of Europe.
