THURSDAY sees a new, glossy, free lifestyle magazine hit the streets of Edinburgh – courtesy of The Scotsman’s publishers.
The Pulse includes fashion for men and women, health and beauty, property, eating out, travel pages and celebrity interviews.
Focused on a readership aged between 30 and 50, with a high disposable income, fourteen thousand copies of The Pulse will be mailed directly to people’s homes and an extra 1,000 will be available in selected restaurants and retail outlets, beauty salons, gyms, spas and hotels throughout the capital.
It will be edited by Gabe Stewart, published quarterly, and perfect bound.
The launch issue features an interview with celebrity ex-pat Scot Ashley Jensen, of Extras and Ugly Betty fame, and exclusive seasonal recipes from Nick Nairn and the Sheraton Grand’s multiple award-winning chef, Malcolm Webster.
