Free presentational skills training being offered to Commonwealth Games competititors

THE company hired to help hone the presentational skills of Glasgow’s successful Commonwealth Games bid team says it intends to provide, for free, presentation skills training to prospective competitors.

With the Games seven years off, the Broadcasting Business says it wants to help Scotland achieve success in 2014.

Says director, Alan Douglas, a former BBC Scotland Reporting Scotland presenter: “We’ve now made what some will see as a rash, and certainly rare, offer in the wider world of PR. We’ve made the offer to the Commonwealth Games Council for Scotland and they say it’s an interesting offer and they will consider it.”
