Direct marketers invited to Go Green and Save

DIRECT marketing, to many people, might mean no more than junk mail through the letterbox.

But representative body, the Direct Marketing Association, is launching, in Scotland next week, a scheme to help direct marketing organisations be environmentally more responsible.

‘Go Green and Save’ is being launched in Edinburgh on Wednesday and will include information on compliance with ISO 14001, the internationally-accepted standard for implementing an environmental management system.
