Double Shortlisting Success for Scots Journalist

A former Scotsman and Daily Record journalist has been shortlisted for an award set up in honour of the late investigative and campaigning journalist, Paul Foot.

Dan McDougall, now a foreign correspondent at The Observer newspaper, has been nominated for the Paul Foot Award for Campaigning Journalism, for his work uncovering child labour in India, Pakistan, the Nile Valley and Bangladesh: investigations that led to international exposes on some of the world’s leading retailers.
