BELATED congratulations… to The Herald’s Simon Bain, who last week took one of the prizes at the Personal Finance Media Awards.
Bain, who is personal finance editor at The Herald, had to beat off the challenge of four other nominees to land the title of ‘Personal finance regional journalist of the year’, including freelancer, Francis Shennan, who writes for the paper.
The awards were created in 1986.
