A FORMER editor of The Scotsman and sister title, Scotland on Sunday, is reported to have left his senior posting with the Telegraph Group.
Says today’s Guardian newspaper, Iain Martin is being replaced as the group’s head of comment and community by his former deputy, Chris Deerin – another former Scotsman Publications high-flyer.
Martin had taken on the post when it was created in April of last year. He had left SoS three years ago, to become assistant editor across the Telegraph and Sunday Telegraph.
He was later deputy editor of the Sunday Telegraph and group executive editor of politics across both titles.
