A six-monthly review of regional newspaper circulations in Scotland has found across-the-board drops.

Says the Audit Bureau of Circulation, the year-on-year percentage sales performance of both daily and non-daily regionals are universally down, allmediascotland having reported here the scale of the falls among daily titles such as the Press & Journal, the Evening Times and the Paisley Daily Express.

Deeside Piper Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 5758. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 30.1 per cent.

Dumfries & Galloway Standard (Friday edition) Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 15,461. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 5.5 per cent.

Dumfries & Galloway Standard (Wednesday edition) Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 9478. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 7.3 per cent.

Dumfries Courier
Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 22,970. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 10.2 per cent.

Dunfermline Press & West of Fife Advertiser Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 18,096. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 12.2 per cent.

East Fife Mail Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 10,621. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 2.3 per cent.

East Kilbride News Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 11,268. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 9.1 per cent.

East Lothian Courier Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 13,653. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 3.5 per cent.

East Lothian News Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 4056. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 7.5 per cent.

The Ellon Times and Inverurie Herald Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 3559. Year-on-year performance: an increase of 75.8 per cent.

The Extra, Glasgow South & Eastwood Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 32,150. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 12.3 per cent.

Falkirk & Grangemouth Advertiser & Linlithgow Advertiser Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 44,595. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 12.5 per cent.

Falkirk Herald Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 25,685. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 7.2 per cent.

Fife & Kinross Extra Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 50,367. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 2.5 per cent.

Fife Free Press Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 14,857. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 12.7 per cent.

Fife Herald News & St Andrews Citizen Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 12,353. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 4.5 per cent.

The Fife Leader – North edition
Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 21,341. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 10 per cent.

The Fife Leader – South edition
Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 42,193. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 14.1 per cent.

Forfar Dispatch Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 5094. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 5.4 per cent.

The Fraserburgh Herald Average net circulation for six months upto end of June this year: 5369. Year-on-year performance: a drop of 4.7 per cent.
