Travel organisation aiming to ‘move up a gear’

THE world’s oldest travel trade association has appointed one of Scotland’s top PR companies to raise its profile.

The Scottish Passenger Agents Association, which is 85 years old, wants to become more of a force “within the Scottish public policy arena” and has appointed Weber Shandwick to help make it happen.

Weber Shandwick will work with the SPAA to develop a strategic communications programme targeting the Scottish and UK parliaments, the Scottish media and travel industry bodies.
