SoS reports million pound boost for its musical instruments campaign

SCOTLAND on Sunday newspaper is today reporting a million pound boost for a campaign to scrap tuition fees for musical instrument training in schools.

Says the paper, the Scottish Government has agreed to the purchase of a million pounds’ worth of musical instruments.

There is hope too that school pupils sitting SQA exams in music will be at least exempted from having to pay for instrument tuition.
