Sales cheer for The Sunday Telegraph

THE Sunday Telegraph newspaper has enjoyed a year-on-year increase in its sales in Scotland.

Bucking the downward trend for daily and Sunday newspaper sales in Scotland, the paper enjoyed a 0.9 per cent increase last month compared to 12 months previously – according to the Audit Bureau of Circulation.

During September last year, the average sale in Scotland was 16,990. Last month, however, it was 17,135.
