Media Awards: Regional Press Awards, winners

THE Dundee newspaper, the Evening Telegraph, has been named a winner in an annual competition celebrating the best of the regional press, across the UK.

It took the Front Page of the Year prize at the Regional Press Awards, with the Edinburgh Evening News highly commended in the same category.

There were several Scots entries highly commended in the competition: Mark Guidi, The Courier, the Evening Telegraph (again) and The Press and Journal.

The winners and high commended list reads, as follows:
