New look for Greenock giant

THE Greenock Telegraph newspaper has a new look. As part of slow, steady improvements to the paper, the masthead has had a makeover.

Under editor, Tom McConigley, who took up the post at the start of the year, after three years at the Paisley Gazette, the new masthead sees the word, ‘Telegraph’, retain its old font, but the word, ‘Greenock’ get a new one, and at a reduced size.

Courtesy of a circulation of around 19,000, the paper boasts one of the highest penetrations into its local community of any newspaper in the country.
