BEGINS The Scotsman’s Spotlight slot in their business section: “The chief executive of STV, which last month launched its ‘hyper local’ service in Edinburgh, is poised to unveil a better-than-forecast dividend on Thursday.

“Analysts at Numis have pencilled in a pre-tax profit of £17.5 million for 2014, up from £15.2m the previous year, but said the outlook for the advertising market in 2015 was ‘hard to call’.”
