BBC Scotland's Expenses Bill Revealed by Herald

Senior figures at BBC Scotland have been accused of enjoying a lavish lifestyle on expense accounts paid out of the TV licence fee.

Says The Herald, following a Freedom of Information request, the head of BBC Scotland, Ken MacQuarrie, ran up alomst £23,000 worth of expenses over five years. He and colleagues claimed for, among other things, meals, football match tickets and the ingredients for making Swedish mulled wine.
