A video interview with hit Scottish singer, Susan Boyle, by a journalist working on her local newspaper, has made it into a listing of the top videos of the year on YouTube.

According to a 31-day Countdown of this Year's Most Memorable Videos, YouTube has placed a video interview by West Lothian Courier journalist, Richard Mooney, at Number 31.

The newspaper was one of the first media organisations to interview Susan Boyle on camera - doing so in April - and the resulting footage has received approaching five million views.
