Kettle do nicely

IT was a tale that had at least one PR agency putting their money where their sentimental hearts lay.

On reading, in last week’s Spike, that a brand new kettle – bought by staff on the Daily Record news desk – had gone missing, suspected stolen, the troops at Beattie Communications have rallied to their cause.

Said one Beattie insider: “Life’s hard enough working in journalism just now without being able to have a cuppa.”
