A media consultancy is seeking tenants to join its ‘media centre’ in Glasgow’s Merchant City.
TVI moved into its Bell Street centre last year, and quickly attracted Budge PR and web services firm, Radiator, as tenants. Now, they have additional space for one or two more companies.
Says TVI managing director, Maurice Smith: “We have two small offices, each of which can house two people, or we would be willing to look at combining them for a company needing desk-space for three or four.”
“The centre is well-equipped with kitchen and formal and informal meeting space, as well as comms. We are also building a small audio and video production suite, on-site.
“We’re looking for tenants in the communications or business consultancy business. We tend to assemble teams for client projects, including sales and marketing experts, business growth advisers and so on, and hopefully this space will also be attractive to individuals or companies in those fields.
“Our idea has been for media, PR or business consultancies to work under one roof. To date, it’s paid off as we have found ourselves working closely with Budge PR and Radiator for mutual clients. There’s a great buzz about the place and we now have space for one or two smaller companies to move in.”
