Charity to benefit from peek at the stars

A CHARITY set up by a former astrologer on the Sunday Mail has captured the services of the newspaper’s current stargazer to help it celebrate its 21st birthday.

Next month, Frank Pilkington presents his specially created one-man show on behalf of the Darlinda Charity for Renal Research at the Western Infirmary, Glasgow.

The charity was set up in 1987 by the late Rita Madhok, who, as Darlinda, wrote the horoscope column in the Sunday Mail for 16 years until her death in 1995.
