THE story ideas service for journalists on allmediascotland is now taking email contact details of specialist magazine and websites, plus freelance journalists operating in a specific field of activity.
Currently, Scotland’s newspapers, radio stations, news websites and other media outlets can be alerted to media releases published on the site, by geography.
The plan now is to add to this region-based service with a subject-orientated one, such as gardening, food and drink and sport.
Print titles should email here, with details of their general editorial email address, plus frequency of publication. And nominate, from the list below, which subject-based releases they would like to be alerted to.
Similarly, websites and freelance journalists should email here with as general an editorial email address as possible, and also nominate from the list below.
