Pay freeze ordered at Record and Sunday Mail

STAFF at the Daily Record and Sunday Mail, plus other titles owned in Scotland by publishers, Trinity Mirror, have been told they won’t be receiving a pay increase until at least after next year.

The pay freeze, says Trinity, will affect everyone in the company, from top to bottom, and with the exception of a very few people, bonuses that might have been paid this year will not.
