Broadcasting commission chair to attend conference

THE chair of a Scottish Parliament commission looking into the future of Scottish broadcasting is to speak on the subject of how devolution is changing Scottish broadcasting.

Blair Jenkins, head of the Scottish Broadcasting Commission, is attending the 17th annual conference of the Scottish branch of the UK-wide organisation, Voice of the Listener and Viewer.

Other speakers include Professor Neil Blain, University of Stirling, and Emma Megaughin, of the Hansard Society.

The event is taking place in Edinburgh, on Thursday.
