senior news reporter/assistant news editor

As a senior news reporter, you will have a track record of breaking big stories, developing excellent contacts and possibly news desk experience already.
This role also offers opportunities to work on our news desk – helping to produce six editions every day across the Highlands and north-east of Scotland.
Based in Aberdeen, you would report to the news editor. As an assistant news editor, you will need a cool head, prove you can multi-task and handle copy with legal safety in mind.
