THE Press and Journal, the UK’s biggest-selling regional newspaper, is looking for an experienced multimedia reporter.

We want to hear from driven, talented journalists with a burning desire to take their career to the next level.

As part of the award-winning P&J team, which delivers two distinct regional editions every morning across a huge circulation area in the north of Scotland, you will be expected to unearth the big stories that matter to our readers in Grampian, the Highlands and Western and northern isles.

Based at our Marischal Square HQ in the heart of Aberdeen, the ‘oil capital of Europe’, the successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record for breaking their own exclusives and building contacts, comfortable working in a multimedia environment, with an obsessive attention to detail and an ability to turn their hand to all aspects of news reporting.

Shorthand at 100wpm minimum and a full driving licence are essential.
