OVER 100 guests attended a Young Farmers Reunion earlier this year where four worthy charities were presented with cheques totaling over £3,500.

Members of the St Boswells & District Junior Agricultural Club nominated four charities to receive donations of £900 each. The chosen charities were Epilepsy Scotland, RHET, The Lavendar Touch, and RSABI.

Head of Fundraising at Epilepsy Scotland, Robyn Friel, said: “We were delighted to hear that the St Boswells & District Junior Agricultural Club had nominated us to receive such a significant contribution.

“This will make a huge difference to the work that we can do and helps us to continue to raise awareness of epilepsy and the impact it can have on the lives of those affected by it.

“Thank you to everyone involved in making such a positive difference to our work, as well as the work of the other fantastic charities supported.”
