Media release: Creative Data 2018 applications close soon

DMA Talent, a joint division of the DMA and IDM, exists to create a clear pathway to inspire aspiring marketers to join the growing direct, data and digital marketing industry.

The Creative Data Academy offers an immersive three-day programme that explores the scope of career opportunities available in the data and marketing industry.

Through a range of talks, workshops, agency visits and networking opportunities, students are given an unrivalled insight into what type of role would suit their skillset as well as building connections with key industry figures.

Across the three days, participants put their skills to the test by working on a marketing campaign for a brand using data and analytics.

They’ll gain industry insights by attending talks from industry experts, participating in interactive workshops as well as visiting a global marketing agency to explore how brands use data to develop their business strategies.

On top of all of this, they’ll attend a networking event filled with industry professionals looking to recruit talented individuals.

The three-day programme will arrive in Edinburgh from 26-28 June 2018 and has capacity for 30 students.

The minimum age to apply is 18; however, there are no specific academic qualifications needed; a passion for finding patterns in data is the most important thing.
